Holmlea holiday house lies in the heart of a friendly Suffolk village, focused around yachting and boating activities, a popular pub/restaurant, sandy beach with picturesque beach huts and scenic waterfront.

Recreational facilities in the village include an 18 hole golf course, tennis court and two children’s parks. Waldringfield is a safe environment and access to the waterfront from Holmlea does not require crossing a road.

The charming market town of Woodbridge is 5 miles away.
